Please take note that return terms are different for defect and non-defect items.
If you received a defect item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt either by replying to your order email or by sending us email to email@example.com. Once the defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement on our own cost. If the item is not confirmed as defected or alleged defect is considered to be misused, then we will have to send the item back to you at extra charge.
You can change your mind and return the product back to us within 7 days of receipt, provided that the item sent back to us has never been used and in its original state (with the original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) and with a copy of the purchase receipt.
Please take reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Sportsium Hub will not be liable for any loss or damage that may be incurred during the transit.
Sportsium Hub reserves the right NOT to accept any used items. In the event a return cannot be accepted, the sender will have to bear all costs of sending back the item to his/her address.
We do not accept walk-in returns at the moment and customers are responsible for all shipping costs in sending the item back to us.
Our 7 days return policy does not apply to any promotional or discounted items. All accepted returns will be strictly refunded in the form of an in-store credit which you can use to offset a future purchase with us.
All returns are not entitled to our Free Shipping policy.
Please allow up to 7 days for a credit on a return to be processed and issued to you after the item is received at our warehouse.
Do note that we generally do not accept cancellations after an order is placed on our website. Should you change your mind about an order after placing it online, you can opt to return the item you do not want back to us under our return policy (see above).
In the event a product is not available after you have placed an order, we will notify you through e-mail and you may request the cancellation of your order or the replacement of the product by replying back our email. In the event your order cannot be fulfilled either wholly or partially, reimbursement shall be made by crediting your bank account no later than thirty days from payment of the amounts owed to the customer
